Video Games Don't Cause Violence!

I am tired of hearing all of these activists rant about how video games are the leading cause of violence in our world. To which I reply "Video games are not the cause of violence, it's the mentality of the player!" Anyone can pick up a violent video game and play it for fun, but it takes that one nut-job with a horrible home life and a depressing environment to come in and murder some people! Yes, sometimes video games can inspire different violent acts like the infamous "knock-out game" and such things as that, but not everyone who has played GTA has done the "knock-out game," or has stolen a car, picked up a hooker, had sex with her in the car and then shot her to get their money back, or something related to the game!

It's only the crazy people that do these kinds of things. I have played violent video games almost all of my life and not once has a thought of murder come into my mind. Of course there has been times where I had thought of BS scenarios that would never happen and how I would handle it like a bad ass, but nothing like "Hey, I wonder what a bullet in someone's head looks like in real life!" Many activists believe that video games are the 1 and only cause of violent acts. The person's physical background has nothing to do with the crime they committed.

I, for one, am TIRED of hearing that video games are the reason that we are violent! If you support this idea, please DO NOT hesitate to join this group! Show your support, hit that green button at the top right that says "Join this Group!" Show the world that Video Games don't cause violence!

Also, feel free to speak your mind on this site! Your opinions are allowed to be known. Just don't harass or flame other members of the site or bash the site itself. I don't want any wars happening here or slandering of this group's name.. As for that, support your beliefs and enjoy your time here!

Looking for Officers to help run the group.

I want this group to grow in size. I want to spread the word of this group over Steam! Of course it's "preaching to the choir" but like I said in the comments, I want to make a home for that choir! Obviously most of us on the internet agree that video games don't cause violence, and as a way to make this group known, I need an officer that can help achieve that goal!

*REQUIREMENTS*
-Must be AT LEAST 16, but preferably 18 or older.
-Must be willing to help with the group! If you're caught slackin' then I'm sendin' ya packin'
-Must be able to keep the members in order. Be able to watch the group from time to time and don't let bad members get away.

I don't mean to make this sound strict, but I do want a good moderator/officer. Someone I can rely on. If you're interested, leave a comment below and I'll look into each one of you. Thanks a bunch!
