YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO GET VICE CITY TO PLAY PROPERLY WITH CONTROLLER. BUT I DOWNLOAD SA WITH "NO CONTROLLER SUPPORT" AND IT WORKS JUST FINE. NO MODDS NOTHING JUST HOP ON AND PLAY WITH THE ISSUAL REBUTTON MAPPING. STEAM HAS TO TAKE OFF VICE CITY "PLAYABLE WITH MOST CONTROLLERS" ITS JUST FALSE ADVERTISING AT THIS POINT. AND IT ALMOST DROVE ME INSANE, QUITE LITERALLY....
