just installed css and cant open console and as well cant set resolution to widescreen tf i paid for half working game any help?

Alguien sabe porque no puedo conseguir los logros en sí de las rondas ganadas a pistola y el de street fighter, por mas que gano las rondas de pistola, no me cuenta yeso que tengo 3 de 5. Someone knows why I can't get the achievements themselves from the rounds won with a pistol and the street fighter, even though I win the rounds with a gun, doesn't tell me that I have 3 out of 5....
