The background is always black and every so often the other visible glitch is present ion one form or another.

I'm going back to FC and testing stuff.
I found something rather odd regarding the crossfade delay in both of the games.
In SC, as I stated before the delay is consistent and only happens with doorways.
In FC the delay with doorways is smaller, I timed it at about 1.10 seconds which is about half of the delay in SC for me.
I also found that there is more of these crossfade delays in FC than SC.
It happens at the end of battle for example, just before it goes to the victory screen with the same delay as it is for the doorways.
