I've been modding Space Engineers since 2014, so it's been quite the journey. I burned out once and it was baaad but, since then I always force myself to take a break and do other stuff, whether it is mods for another game or actually playing. The main reason I've probably stuck with SE so long is most likely exclusively the community.
I truely understand about being burned out doing something you love. I love playing Ark, but a lot of the changes and drama have burned me out on it. I still Server Admin for a friend and monitor the server all the time, updating when it needs it (monitor on my left with an RCon open :P). My wife doesn't undertsnad why I bounce from game to game, but I tried to explain that it's so I don't totally burn out on a game.
I only just started getting into this game after owning it for close to a year. So similar to the game I invested almost 2k hours yet vastly different. I'm loving the diversity of the mods available, and the amount of work that must have went into these blows my mind. start with doing a little here and there. Kinda like falling off a horse, if riding a horse is what you love you need to get back up again sometime but you don't have to leap up.
Kinda wish you'd update quite a few of your mods, and maybe some more Tiered things.
They look awesome! (I don't quite like the floor, but leaver and wood walls looks gorgeous).
