All new joint constraints coupled with tweaks and additions to collision models/physical materials, achieving a full range of motion across literally every ragdoll in Half-Life 2 as well as its episodes.

HUMANS:
• brand new collision model
• neck
• clavicles
• extra spine bones
• crotch flap (soldier)

VORTIGAUNTS:
• clavicles
• extra spine bones
• full ROM across middle arm

HEADCRABS:
• head (classic/poison)
• spine (classic/poison)
• clavicles (fast/poison)
• jiggle on that loose pink floo
• self collision where appropriate

ZOMBIES:
• ragdolled headcrab
• corrected orientation of colliders
• extra spine bones
• head bone (fast zombie, torso gibs)
• clavicles (fast zombie, poison zombie, torso gibs)
• crotch flap (zombine)
• collision models for zombine gibs are no longer having an allergic reaction

ANTLIONS:
• arm bones
• leg 'shoulders' no longer static
• quills, extra claw & arm bones (guard)
• worker wings ragdolled instead of using traditional jiggle physics as they almost purposely defy global gravity

COMBINE SCANNER:
• eye & neck
• antennae
• dynamo

MANHACK:
• top panel no longer static
• upper body jiggle
• exhaust jiggle
• camera can spin like a crazy ♥♥♥♥♥

COMBINE STRIDER:
• optimized colliders
• self collision applied only where appropriate in order to nullify joints spaghettifying themselves

DOG:
• eye & eye panels
• clavicles
• left arm pulley
• shoulder plate

CROW/PIGEON:
• head
• clavicles
• thighs, knees & feet
• tail bones

SEAGULL:
• thighs, knees & feet

CHARPLE:
• joints less pliant to reflect total loss of soft tissues — elbows and knees are supposed to be in constant flexion but doing this didn't work properly
