When you go up the ramp and try to jump it comes up short every time. Am i doing something wrong?

Hi boys i have problem, yesterday i huy and install hl2vr, but when i start game i wait 5 minutes, because everything is black and afther i see game menu but game totaly lagging, one lag is maybe 3 seconds long, i have meta quest 3 and this is first game what I have this problem, i play already doom 3, cyberpunk without problems, only hl2 vr...... Ach...
