Description
This mod adds a big chunk of content related to empire development, with a big focus on adding new mystical city upgrades to the game (pretty much all structures which do not have a mystical city upgrade associated with them in the base game get one).
New end game upgrades and also city upgrades linked to the race of a city join the party as well. In order to not overwhelm the city construction tree, a new branch of avatar technology is added for all races & classes and it will be your choice to unlock these new upgrades or not during your development.
A decent amount of care was given to the balancing of these new upgrades so that they are worth building without breaking the game balance but feel free to give me any feedback about that.
In total :
- 10 ‘common’ new mystical city upgrades, linked to common structures
- 7 mana node mystical city upgrades, linked to mana node structures
- 11 racial city upgrades (accessible only with the proper race)
- 8 mystical city upgrades linked to Shrine structures
- 5 new end game city upgrades (only one per city)
- 5 mystical city upgrades linked to elemental Heart structures
- Localisation : French & English only

Future additions- the final step with this mod would be to propose “Wonders” city upgrades which are very powerful but require different combinations of all the previous mystical city upgrades developed before (plus the vanilla one). It’s a lot of work, but I would like to get there eventually.

I think that you actually started using another mod which overwrite what this mod is doing Kerovanka, that sounds like the most likely thing which happened to you.

Last update is on January 2023, and was a simple bug fix. Sorry but I really don't see what you are talking about?

Sorry to be a pest but I'm having some issues running the mod after making some edits in Title.rpk, just to pump up the AI cheat bonus so my balance mod works properly. I can see your content in the TOW, but they don't show in city build menus anymore.

Is there any way to make my Title edits compatible with your mod? I tried messing with the priority but no luck there.

@Ayalin- Oh goody. Haven't progressed to a point where I can thoroughly test the new buildings. Started a new map with some questionable level-gen refinements. Should be quite the adventure.

oww yeah regarding the resist on Frost altar it's definitely a small mistake if that's the case. Will have a quick look, it's a 1 min fix :)

@Ayalin- Thanks for getting back to me. I mistakenly thought the shrine itself was inherent to your mod, it's that rare for me. I think it's just the RMG spazzing out. I even checked the values in Levelgenerator and all appeared normal.

Good to know the AI can use them. I chose not to enable it until this was clarified. If anything I need to make the AI more competitive, so this suits me fine.

Regards the mana structure upgrades, I noticed in the showcase there are duplicate resistance bonuses that appear thematically inconsistent. Might have been updated since then but I imagined Water Altar would be Frost resist, not Blight. I guess I will find out soon enough lol.

are you sure its not a mod causing the level generator issue? I don't think I ever had a problem like this before.
Btw yes AI will make full use of them, although most of them are tagged as 'low priority' structures.
