The map logic implemented via Map Logic Controller. Some parts of the map like elevators and some doors will not functionally without the map logic. This does not control the secret doors, because you need to place the keypads to open the secret doors. I use my own self-written keypads, which opens doors by their targetname.

You will not be able to open the Combine doors in your singleplayer/multiplayer game without HL2 RP gamemode or special addons.
