Well in that scenario it really just depends on how you're judging the contestants. I mean, is the scoring based off of technical dribbling efficiency, or are we giving more points for stylish dribbling?

Often times the most effect dribbling techniques are not actually super stylish, so this is a very important distinction to make.

If we are grading based on style, 096 will likely win due to his very long arms, giving him the ability to do very interesting dribbling tricks. But if we are grading on technical efficiency, 106 may perhaps be the victor due his ability to quickly teleport near the basket and dunk after dribbling hard af.
