Very easy to pick up and learn, and an excellent game for the Steam Deck.
The combat isn't as satisfying or addictive as some of the others in this genre but it still does a decent job.
The multiplayer is the worst part about this game. I don't know if its because of the low player count, but finding a match was often painfully slow. The only way i could get into a game was by adjusting my filters to cast a wide net, but then i would usually be playing a map i didn't want or a difficulty i wasn't ready for.

There's currently 3 maps and after finishing each one and trying the next tier of difficulty, i find myself already bored.
If they add more content in the future i may return, but 7 hours was more than enough for me.

Overall, RDR is pretty good. There's a few bugs here and there but nothing too bad.
The controls and movement at times, feel a little clunky and the side activities all feel boring.
Considering this is a 14 year old game i can't really criticise too much, but what really lets this game down is the price and the Rockstar launcher.

Plays very well on Deck without having to adjust any settings.
