FYI: play the game with proton 6.3-8 in linux if you can't see the FMVs

One of my favorite RPGs, i think SMT4 is still the best, but there is nothing quite like Nocturne.
The ambiance is what sells this game, the cutscenes feels like a Kubrik movie with the body horror of a David Lynch;
the world feels aggresive against your existence.
The music is top notch as always in the series.
In many aspects but the RNG this whole experience feels like Dark Souls 1.
Also this is a very hard RPG, and not in the "you have to grind" aspect but more like "you can die at any time by any mistep" aspect.
Played it to completion in a PS2, twice in the Switch, and not much in the PC because on release it wasn't linux compatible, but now it runs great with proton.
Any nerd who loves RPGs should give this game a chance.
