The most practical way to do that would be to scale one model to match the other's size as best you can, and then use the data transfer modifier in Blender to transfer weights and vertex groups. Submeshes may not align exactly so you may need to move parts around a little. After that, you would need to parent the world model's armature to the blend meshes' individual parts and clean up whatever weights didn't transfer cleanly.

Hey Shakes, is there a way to connect the world model bones to the other models? I am messing around with the B.J models you provided and am wanting to connect the bones of the world model to the blends.
