while its true that nothing stated the exclusion of 2016 effeccts specifically, there are no 2017 jungle inferno case unusuals with 2016 effects

@async def ocarina() no, i did not get them through the api - i mostly ripped images directly from the game files, or in the case of skins, got them from the steam market
