You need specific version of unity, that the game runs on, then to make everything else requires actualy modelling in blender, and knowledge on how unity engine works, to make stuff animated, to give proper lighting etc.
Devs given tutorials and scripts for the final map to work in BNG, but this mightve changed today.
Not as easy as opening an in-game editor like trackmania, or using mapping tools like hammer, but this way the imagination is your limit
