Republic of Lorell opens Steam office

The Republic of Lorell has opened a steam office in order to offer citizenship to RSI Star Citizen fans interested in roleplaying with a separatist organization. We offer occupations in both the civilian and military fields. If you prefer civilian life, our Republic needs a strong backbone of personnel to maintain and run the myriad of ships and equipment that make up the fleet. These crew members support all major functions, as well as ground crews to facilitate the smooth operation of planetside, and asteriod installations. We are looking for adventurous souls willing to be part of something new as we push out into the cosmos to find a new home, to become part of a greater whole and establish the Republic as one of the forerunners in galactic trade and industry. Key areas of expansion for us include: Shipping and Haulage, Medical and Science, Agriculture, Tourism, Manufacture and Industry, Mining and Salvage, Exploration. Could you be the missing piece to our puzzle? The Republic has a strong focus on the sciences, agriculture and exploration. We need individuals and businesses with the expertise and knowledge to push the boundries of scientific achievement to catapult the Repubic to the fore. Agricultural experts, terraforming engineers, maintenance technicians, plant operators. We need for you to help us lay the foundation, not just for buildings, but for an entire civilization. In order to protect our civilian population, our military branch has already established a powerful fleet and Marine force. And we are constantly adding to our force. The Republic of Lorell Navy has positions open from grunts and pilots to command. Don't have any experience? No problem, our experts will train you and put you through our Academy. We need fighter pilots, capital ship crew members, gunners, Marines, engineers, weapons experts, hangar crews, etc. Name your interest and we have a spot to place you. Star Citizen 3.0.0 nears release

This is the event that a lot of you have been waiting for. Roberts Space Industries is close to releasing a long awaited update. Star Citizen Alpha 3.0.0 Procedural Planet update marks a major advance in the Star Citizen Persistent Universe. When it is released you will be able to seamlessly land on and explore procedurally generated planets and moons in the Stanton system. Initially, players will be able to land on three moons, Yela, Cellin and Dalamar. Drive ground based vehicles at high speed on planetary surfaces. There will be additional missions, derelict ships, debris fields and the three moons will have outposts. With 3.0.0 will come the implemenation of commodities, trading, automated cargo buy/sell kiosks, and, indirectly, piracy. Along with that will come the initial release of the foundation AI system which controls AI NPCs, missions, dynamic content and conversational logic. Catch the fever, and don't miss out on the fun, join the Republic of Lorell now as we explore the reworked Stanton system with our friends.
