Recruitment Process On Hold

So i have to post this obligatory announcement detailing what's going on and all the stuff that went down recently.

No tl;dr this time because i wanna ensure everyone gets the fuil details.

Bombshell

In case you don't know yet, on December 2 at approximately 4.35 PM PST. Backy (AKA Backstab/Teh.Backstab/Baddie) announced his departure from the group.

I do not want to speculate so i can only state that he has various reasons for doing so. You would have to contact him personally to know more.

He has transferred his title and all his permissions to me, which i personally don't think i am capable of owning. So at this point, i don't want to say we have a new leader, but rather, all officers will help to share this burden.

His decision is not completely final yet (he expressed some doubts later on).

Recruitment Process

Recruitment for ĞΣŠ is currently open. However due to recent events, we will have to put a hold on evaluations for now.

We will discuss a specific date on when to resume evaluations in an upcoming members meeting
All recruits and group join requests evaluation period will be extended by the day difference so please don't panic

Note for Recruits

Just wanna mention we apologize for this delay. None of us expected or wanted this to happen.

Rest assured this will not affect your evaluation of skills in any way, just that there will be a delay in the process.

We will try our best to keep this delay short, but it depends on what anyone has to say in the upcoming meeting.

Recruitment Changes

Hello everyone,

As of 1st November 2019 (sorry for the announcement delay), if you are interested in joining the ranks of ĞΣŠ, you may submit a group join request in the Rec's main page.(It is the big green button near the top right corner).

We will no longer use the old Application form, where you had to answer several questions, now you just need to make a little text about yourself and state the reason why you want to join the clan.

Submitting a group join request means you are sincerely interested in joining ĞΣŠ, have read our guidelines, and are ready to commit the time to follow this through to the end.

Kindly allow 1-2 weeks latest for your request to be reviewed and for a decision to be made. If it takes a little longer than usual, you will be contacted by an Officer or a Moderator.

If you have been accepted, you will be invited into ĞΣŠ Rec where your 1 month evaluation period will begin.

Troll or Meme requests will be ignored and declined immediately without notification. This includes troll names, submitting multiple requests, multi-accounts, etc.

If someone has declined your request without informing you or at least letting you know why by responding to it, message an Officer about it.

Be patient, if you feel like your request is being ignored, send a message to a Mod or an Officer inquiring about it.
