This is a private group for friends and nice folks who have or are interested in Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator, and other multiplayer games set in the wide world of space. EDIT: This group isn't just for games set in space anymore, but hey; the Earth is floating around in the universe, isn't it? Therefore we really are friends in space! Now if I could only change the name of the group to remove the Artemis bit...

I just noticed that only moderators, etc., could schedule events in this group. I changed it so that any member can do so (and also recommend games). So, feel free to use those features, whoever you are, and let's make some new friends :)

Successful mission

We had two games with full crews today--talvo, trinsec, AlphaDiode(R), jurica.palijan, Absolver, and myself. Zindelis had to go, but we assumed he was working in Ten Forward. Player of the Week goes to Absolver (who had the conn) for not mistaking Trinsec's command to go to "RAMMING SPEED!!!" as a command from captain talvo ;) Both missions were successes BTW.

Same time next Sunday--maybe we can try the TNG mod then.

I'm going to go ahead and cancel the scheduled game, as it turns out that some of the players who want to be involved (myself included) are not going to be able to make it today. But, that will just give us all more time to read up on the various stations and tactics and such! For those who haven't played yet, don't worry; we've already gotten a few games going, so there is interest--we'll have a game going soon :) Keep an eye on this group for suggestions/requests for missions in the coming days.

I guess starting a game at 11pm Netherlands-time (5pm EDT) tomorrow is a no-go Trin? I guess they usually last about... I don't know, an hour or so? Plus, we'll need someone to server as well (You wouldn't let us down, would you sixtysixone and/or talvo, would you?!)
