New map, new content

We're going back to our roots with a new (old to the old players) map as well as some new fun content.

- Bank Robbery is back, you can now rob the bank for money
- Hand cuffs are back for kidnappers and police :)

Apologies for the inconvenience but I forgot to post earlier that the hosts have scheduled the server for a routine maintanance.

This is not a regular occurance and I will remember to remind you all next time.
