This post has been edited. Fanatical is an "official" store backed by publishers. Having our keys from there revoked was a technical error by the publisher. They're working on resolving it. Some people on the publisher's Discord have been able to get a new key when they send their proof of purchase to them. Since this has affected so many users and not all of them have Discord, it might be better to wait a bit and see if your key gets reinstated later. I'm sure the publisher team has been getting slammed with all sorts of support tickets recently.

Long story short, some massive technical issue happened today that revoked the entire list of legitimate keys purchased on Fanatical within the last couple years.

Simply reach out to Trey | Big Sugar on the Big Sugar Publisher Discord[discordapp.com]. They will have you DM them with a screenshot of your proof-of-purchase, and you will receive a new key to redeem.
