Not until sekaiproject adds the ability to the Steam version...as they said, it'd be coming...though I think it'd probably take a while...

You know that there's already a translation right?...although depends on you, making alternate translation might not be bad idea (like what's done in English version)

Of course, if Sekai Project were to introduce a Spanish translation, it would have to be of a good quality. Since I don't speak Spanish, I don't know what the quality of the existing Spanish translation is like. Another factor is whether the Spanish translators would be willing to provide their translation. It would be illegal and immoral for Sekai Project to simply use a translation, so they would need to obtain the rights from the translators.

So there are lots of factors to consider, so whilst they may incorporate the existing translation, it's possible they might use a different translation. ...Or not at all.

I can also work on translating the game, I'm a native spanish speaker so it would be good that there was a spanish translation, maybe for both original english translations.

Do you mean having two Spanish translations based on each of the English translations? I'm not sure that would be especially beneficial. I mean, ideally the translation would be translated from the original Japanese, but since the story should be the same in any translation made, I think only one Spanish translation would be necessary. Unless there would be multiple Spanish translators working on separate translations.
