bad or not you're not allowed to do that and that's why people had to unpack the addon and go into the code and remove those lines of code and its grounds for getting your addon banned off the workshop because people like shermann (the authors original username he went by) were so petty AF that people who knew about the code would hate him and not only that hes super hard to work with when you commission him, don't bother commissioning him.
honestly there's better authors out there than shermann going to be completely honest. his work looks good on the surface but honestly he cant code with quality its meh quality he pumps out and i would know I've extracted similar addons people have made compared to shermann and gonna be honest his coding skills compared to the authors of the other addon makers and authors is subpar AF.
