No Dupe Settings

What do these do? Sorry if it seems obvious or was answered elsewhere. A brief search didnt find anything. Thanks!

X requires no or less duplicant attention (duplicants are your minions). Where X is whatever the settings says. I think the tooltip has a tiny bit of information.
