I think this reactive unusual effect idea is flawed, since when are you going to be standing completely still for an extended period of time in a real match of TF2 besides going AFK? Only thing I can think of is standing by a dispenser and that doesn't happen often enough to make this that special of an idea.
It's a unique idea but I don't think it works.

Sick concept, could you make a version that goes sun > clouds > storm or is that not feasible? I think it'd really cool that way.
