Burn rate per 10m in-game or 25s real-time on vanilla day length (1h). In-game time is used for calculation. Measurments might not be perfect:
Sitting 6kcal
Standing 10kcal
Walking 48 kcal
Jogging 80 kcal
Sprinting 104 kcal
(5/5 chars can't sprint that long, Tested in debug with unlimited stamina, otherwise jogging starts at mild exhaustion.)
Action Time ? I transferred items from a cupboard which was same burn rate as standing: 10kcal. So I guess it's crafting related, which I haven't tested.
Calculating burn rate modifier for inventory weight:
EncumbranceModifier = 1+(InventoryWeight/MaxWeight)*0.1
-Not encumbered: +0-10% cal burn rate
-Heavy Load / encumbrance 1 (+10-12,5%)
Walking 54kcal
Jogging 90kcal
-Heavy Load 2 (+12,5-15%)
Walking 55kcal
Jogging 92kcal
-Heavy Load 3 (+15-17,5%)
Walking 56kcal
Jogging 94kcal
-Heavy Load 4 (starting at 17,5%)
Walking 56 kcal
The differences would be carrying items burns more per item, and sitting down will burn less than standing.
I would like the mod infinitely more, if it would say in the description or ingame tooltip, how much calories are burnt and what value the multipliers actualy multiply. That saves us so much time and testing.
I would like to lower the burn rate, since it feels too high for me, and I would also like to know the exact values.
I don't think these people actually care, if they did they'd not make crazy statements.
Maybe you don't agree with this assessment of their agreement - Ok, why does Valve have an entire DMCA system that specifically asks for the copyright holder to file - and I am able to take down workshop stuff being re-uploaded by rude people? (And by rude I mean, when I try to contact them they turn off comments or tell me to fuck off.)
https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/subscriber_agreement/#6
"When you upload your content to Steam to make it available to other users and/or to Valve, you grant Valve and its affiliates the worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, transcode, translate, broadcast, and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and publicly perform, your User Generated Content, and derivative works of your User Generated Content, for the purpose of the operation, distribution, incorporation as part of and promotion of the Steam service, Steam games or other Steam offerings, including Subscriptions."
And not only that, but given that there is no transaction/exchange of money involved, people who try to use this mod for their own projects can't be legally prosecuted as long as they don't try to capitalize on the content. But then again, the entity that would have the power to prosecute would be Valve and not the original mod creator himself.
Regardless, mod copyrighting, despite of not having an actual legal basis, is sort of an honor system across the workshop. Just don't copy shit if the original creator doesn't want it copied. It's theirs and not yours anyway. Don't be a dick.
This mod adjusts the burn rate by adding/subtracting calories as they're burned.
The way copyright works is anything you create is (almost usually) copyrighted to oneself. Thus regardless if the message is there or not, republishing/redistributing stuff is generally against copyright laws and can have consequences. The copyright message is there to help people be more aware of that situation.
In fact, this is the template Steam suggests to use: “Copyright 201X [Owner’s Name.] This item is not authorized for posting on Steam, except under the Steam account named ______”.
The 'No Modpacking' message in the description explains my position on that topic. I suggest you read it to the end.
Do you think we should also run this mod at the same time or it will create compatibility issues?

Sorry about bothering you, didn't know it wasn't supposed to be like it is for my game.
Not to mention that the whole thing must be really laggy when accounting for the log rate of it, perhaps you could add some extra Sandbox settings that allows the player to choose what they want to have on their logs, as in a <Nothing-Errors-Everything> basis, alongside the logging rate so that it doesn't kill your fps every time they try walking when actually debugging I-G.

There are sandbox options for all the modifiers if the base rates are not to your liking.
