I think that building uses the free Pearls From the East DLC.

I've searched and searched but I can't find the bottom to this one. I've got the top and the small 2x3 commercial section but I just can't find the larger base. Is something wrong with my subscription or it's actually somehow missing?

Why is it that in my cities, it appears that the bottom floor of retail shops are missing and I can see straight through the buildings? I have the "Pearls From the East" installed. I am unsubscribed to Loading Screen Mod shown in the collection as it is currently not working after Airport DLC came out.

CS should really incorporate the system of mixed zones in a building: i.e. RC, RCO, CO, OI, etc

Smilies, you must've read my mind! Thank you so much for these assets. What I usually do is use Move-it to insert a small commercial asset into a residencial one so I can have some "mixed zones". Excellent!

They're not required, they're all optional.

Not everything in the collection are required assets for this asset. You put all your assets together in the collection rather then just the ones needed. I don't want to subscribe to the entire collection, just the assets required for this asset. They should be separate

First sentence in the description very clearly specifies that the collection contains all the props that were used. No need to spend an hour searching.

So I found out the issue with me not being able to use the Commercial building. Apparently you need the Pearls from the East DLC in order to use it. Found out about it through my assets list in Content Manager. [imgur.com]

I don't see the 7x3 commercial building when I search it up through RICO and Find it!. I can only find the 7x3 Residential building and the 2x3 commercial building. Might you have forgotten to include it or something? Great work by the way!
