This ridiculously good, and for that reason, I don't think it should be added.
I'm going to be honest, I'm having a hard time looking at the picture. The detail is too gruesome.

Vomiting aside, the tied-up lips are a bit of a cop out IMO. At LEAST have some jigglebones there, and maybe in the eyes, too.
