Good job.
I encountered those bugs myself, except for the second cube which never got stuck in its tube. I've seen this bug in someone else's puzzle though.
Anyway, I tried fixing them back when I created the puzzle but never understood what caused those bugs. Will have another go at it see if I can fix them. Thanks!
I wanted to add signage instead of antlines for the companion cube dropper, but the placement of signs for cube droppers is really hard to see in the restricted space I've built. I would have to level up the roof and the whole puzzle, and I'm kinda lazy... hehehe
More suggestions though, 1.A glass angled panel on the middle floor, so the button behind can be seen. 2.signage instead of antlines to show the above buttons connections

I like that the room with the Frankencube on the second floor is dark. That little thing looks at you with its red eyes in the dark, through the gratings, and it creates a nice athmoshpere IMO.
