Usually updating the mod only requires to update the map and not much else. However so many new mechanics were added in latest patches that this may not be enough. Also this mod is extremely bare when compared to modern mods such as TNO, Millenium Dawn or Cold War Iron Curtain.
Your first priority in the Reich Tree is to replace Hitler with Himmler, but in the series Hitler is still in power at the end of the first season.
Second there are new mechanics that also make game crash.
