Well it's this mod; I used to use this one alot (mainly as a decoration toold but it was also just a very practical mod)

only impacts from physical objects into other physical objects. (projectile into wall)

Hi, sorry for this question but english isn't my native language. So, how do I need to picture the effect of "impact damage"? Does it mean the damage which is caused when I for example hit a wall with a tool or a weapon? So like I'd hit a stone wall with a copper axe it causes less damage to the wall than it would if I had a steel axe? Or does it mean the damage caused by projectiles hitting building structures (wall, roof etc.)?
