Because this sort of thing should absolutely be a sub mod and not force players to get some content they may not want.
Me and my laptop thank you for your efforts. One things remains unclear to me: once I'm using this mod instead of the other version, does following your optimization guide to replace the Attila with the ToB shader further improve performance?
Shogun 2 with blood = great performance
Rome 2 with blood = great performance
Attila with blood = game is barely functional -_- ( not even this mod can help )
Warhammer games with blood = awful performance
Three kingdoms with blood = functional but still bad performance
Troy = amazing performance
....why ?

Cause im pretty sure its the main reason why any form of battles will literally molest your fps
