If you're just selling this one image and not many copies of it then I don't really see a problem myself but you would need to contact Valve, as Itsy is part of DOTA now.

It's a great drawing though! :D

Why do people always add wings on everything? So uncreative. The spider should have a parachute made out of webbing. Or have its legs spread out like a fan and webbing inbetween so it can glide. Stupid wings ruined this.
