-added ldr lighting, this should fix any full bright issues on low end settings.
-smaller map size

Hopefully this fixes a few problems people keep having.

- Redid cubemaps, they should come with the map now
- Compressed map file size

-fixed nameing scheme so people won't encounter problems while downloading from servers

server owners should update to this version ASAP

Oh shoot friends it's an update! No April fools here!

- Removed distance fog, happy sniping!
- Added in some Spectate Cameras
- Unblocked access to mid medkits
- Removed unneeded cubemaps
