Added lights to airfield so its possible to at least see something at night.

Rewrote the loading of units into helicopter script.
Now units will be teleported into helicopter if they are on top of rooftops, this is because the ArmA3 AI refuses to mount vehicles on rooftops normally.
Behavior unchanged when units are not on rooftops.

Units and smokes/chemlights now spawn on the correct Z level, meaning they can spawn on top of rooftops.

If Hot LZ is set to Never then AA will no longer spawn as it now requires a Hot LZ.

"Request mission" prompt should no longer disappear on the first player respawn.

Cleaned up some stuff.

Colorized custom actions and assigned a more reasonable priority value.

Changed the refuel/rearm/repair system to use the same module that Mike Force is using, you can not change loadouts etc on your helicopters.

Tweaked how spawning vehicle crew works, it should now correctly put the crew in your group.

Tweaked how "remove crew" works, it will now remove your squad and not the units spawned by the mission.

Changed AI eject behavior so you can have them drop out of your heli while hovering at a low altitude, this should mimic player behavior better and be more along what you would expect actual human players to do.
Added a minimum distance to next mission so it cannot spawn in the exact same location as the one you just arrived at.

Hopefully fixed a few bugs related to landingzone drop offs, especially those at buildings.

Should have solved the issue with the repairpads not working.
