Cleaned up the internals of all the skill files. Got a lot of the skills working correctly this way.
Updated the Quake skill to use the TL1 missile of this skill (the "burning cracks" effect).

Fixed Frost Shield so it turns off! I also increased the shield strength a lot (otherwise, why get it?) but also made it shorter duration.

Nerfed Devastate skill 'cos I felt it was quite OP (like death incarnate man!). Reduced the speed increase from x2 to x1.5 and raised the mana cost a lot. Now if your mana pool is say 80, you can spam this skill for about 6-7 seconds only (you could use it FOREVER in its original form!).

- Matched skills level unlocks and spacing between their .DAT files and the skilltree .LAYOUT file
- Minor re-arrangement of skills on Titan tree
- Added Anoka's death animation for the model (all credit for this animation goes to Anoka). Should also solve intermittent glitching of the resurrection dialog when your char dies.

1. Implements the 5 passives previously mentioned (Dual Wielding, Critical Strikes, Armor Mastery, Iron Will, and Elemental Affinity).
1a. The 6th one I mentioned "Shield Smash" was actually a new active skill and it's in this build too. The 6th passive is "Block & Parry".
2. Great Weapons Mastery was implemented about 2 weeks ago, so that's a total of 7 passives. These have all been tested but let me know if you have problems. 2 more passives to go :) .
3. With the addition of Shield Smash, all 21 active skill slots are now filled and all have tier 1-3 bonuses.
4. Implemented custom icons for the skill tabs (warrior, titan, spectral)

fixed Phalanx & Thunderpunch satisfactorily, so all active skills now have their Tier 1 to 3 bonuses

- Finally fixed those character selection icons
- includes some more work to add tier bonuses to the active skills (I think I've done half already)
- Added my very first passive skill, 2-Handed Mastery
- increased model scale
