My sincere apologies for the late update, I did not realize that it was in a broken state.

- Royal Engineers are available in the UKF HQ; Medics are only available in the Platoon Command Post
- USF commanders have the new abilities from the commander patch

Fixed an issue where units could get stuck (again).
And this is a test if updates work correct after the 64bit update.

- Trailer moved a little to avoid units getting stuck.

Minor tweaks:
- Added retreat points at the edge of the base.
- Slightly moved the Platoon Command Post to avoid units getting stuck.
- And the floorboards of the Battalion Command Post are now passable!
