Description
Adds the D13 which lets you reroll unopened chests with a 3 room recharge.
The chances for each Chest Type are the same (Getting a grey chest is as likely as getting a red chest).
Not included chests(as in can not always be rerolled away):
mega chest, eternal chest
something about those chests requiring multiple keys to be opened screws up the code and you can only sometimes reroll them.

Found a bug, dice cannot reroll eternal chests and haunted chests.

Very good. Tested with the Left Hand and indeed turns them in mostly red chests with a few stone chests,
