I'd recommend the English element of the Royal coat of arms, deliberately excluding the French, Irish, Scottish and Hanoverian elements included in later centuries as they are represented in-game by other civ's. The French/Hanoverian elements would be removed in the early 19th century anyway(due to the 1800 Act of Union for the former, and the separation of Hanover from the UK at Queen Victoria's ascension in 1837 respectively).
