Thanks for stopping by! The original purpose of this pack was to add music that I couldn't find in other packs. With such a goal, the pack was originally for my personal use. However, playing by yourself isn't always much fun especially when others are certain not to have the same music (different pack) so I decided to release this out on the forum. Now because of my inexperience & mentality that it was originally just for me, you might find songs that don't sound very good. Please report them to me and I'll see what I can do to fix/replace them.

Included in the pack is music for soloists, duets (mostly lead+percussion, typically playable without the percussion if you want to solo it), and some trios. There are other "band edition" (Many instruments required) songs as well, but not many.

Q: Does this add/replace background music to Starbound?
A: No, this pack adds music playable with Starbound's in-game instruments.

Q: Will other players be able to hear the music even if they aren't subscribed to this?
A: Yes.

Q: What do I play with what instrument?
A: This is a bit tricky, I tried to follow a standard way of marking things, but this isn't always the case.
If a song has no parentheses then it is meant for playing solo, with the instrument of your choice.
If a song has several entries each with a different instrument, it's meant for playing with a group. Usually you can still play fine it if you ignore having percussion/ebass (only play lead).

Q: What's the difference between this all-in-one pack , this collection, or the forum version?
A: The all-in-one version is an older outdated version. This collection/pack is the most recommended version. The forum version is for people who want to pick exactly what music they want (it has raw .abc files).

Q: Can you add () song?
A: Most of your suggestions have been written down, but unfortunately I am not updating this pack for the forseeable future. Maybe one day, but in all honesty, if I did ever it would probably far enough down the line that you would have forgetten by then. So if I were you I would figure out how to convert it yourself with Starbound Composer or see if someone else can do it. Or, I might be able to do it individually if you ask nicely. It's just a lot of work to update this and the forum version and I'm busy.
