Parking mechanic actually fun with realistic parking on ok.
Anyone using the Unlimited Money mod will not be able to use this asset without considerable faffing around. It as a requirement of having "less than -1 money" and, if you have infinite money, you'll never go into debt, thereby precluding this requirement from being met :-P
It can be done but required lots of saving, disabling mods, reloading and resaving... and on and on.
May I suggest removing this requirement altogether? It seems somewhat arbitrary anyway.
:-)
Is it functional in the game with the new DLC Sunset Harbor ?
Thanks you in advance for your reply.
1. Its still not the right ratio. Its too large. I plopped this next to the Brooklyn bridge and wtc and its gigantic. Its not tht big in real life.
2. As noted ... No parking spaces. You should at least add some invisible markers and lines on the ground floor. I did that in my private asset version. Adding a few "decks" will get you more parking.
3. Missing signage. You need the "Parking Garage" sign on the entrance.
4. Add stock roads through the building. It took me one hour to properly place the building and roads using move it. Adding them up front will prevent that.
5. Increase the footprint.
6. Allow ploppable in any direction. The original building has a road that curves around it.
Thank you for the hard work on this. Its not an easy asset to model.
