It aint impossible come on ppl ;p Walkthrough for the first room: a portal on the left and right portalable walls, so right underneath the bridge. The bridge goes from right to left so if the left portal is higher than the right portal the bridge will go 1 step lower each portal visit which means you'll get a stairway ^^

Yeah, this test is impossible, as there is no way to get out from the first room.

Are you SURE it's possible? Wasn't the glass supposed to be grates? Or maybe some portal surfaces missing?
