Free Starport Repairs [DEPRICATED]

Description
This mod does exactly what it says on the tin, really.

Seriously. Starports no longer have a mineral cost for repairs. Because why should they, if an admiral, a battleship, or any other space platform appropriately equipped can repair a fleet to full for free?

[UPDATE:] June 27th, 2016
Mod is now marked as 1.2.* compatible.

Check out my other Stellaris mods as well:
Expanded Habitability greatly eases the burdens of colonizing new planets, allowing for more ready expansion.
Stellar Energy treats stars and gas giants as the huge sources of energy they are, making especially early-game energy expansion fairly simple; but beware, what is easy to gain is easy to lose...
Shadow's Defines is a collection of changes I made for myself; among other things, it makes Sectors purely-optional, alleviates a lot of drain on Influence, and makes the game more like a typical 4x.
Shadow's Radical Space Foxes is a completely crap and depricated mod that nobody should be using because I am garbage with any kind of image editing software. Use Silfae's Fox Portraits Dimorphism for all your sexy space vixen needs!
Belle and Bellicosity is a simple technology addon mod that adds technologies which allow you to increase your Embassy and Rivalry limits, so you can make a lot of friends and a lot of enemies! The standard version is tuned for use without escalating technology costs. If you're using standard Stellaris escalting technology costs, use the Vanilla Tech Costs version.
Shadow's Usable Planet Size Increase is yet another planet size increasing mod. Increase the size of any planet up to 25! The AI might actually use this one, too. And it has a nice logo!

[NOTICE:] This mod is exceptionally simple, consisting basically of one line. If you wish to make a defines.lua-editing file which grants, among other things, free starport repairs, all permissions are granted to just open this sucker up and copy-paste the lua key. Please give me credit for showing you how to do so within your lua edit file in a comment.

This mod is hereby considered DEPRICATED. PDX removed the cost of starport repairs in 1.5 anyway. I'll leave it up, but you shouldn't need it.
