Brit View - House mod, No loading screen!

This is a house mod, a house mod located on the border of rift hold and windhelm hold.
It offers a pretty basic house but the best part about it is that there is NO LOADING SCREEN, thats right, no loading screen when entering or exiting the house. Both exterior and interior (In my oppinion) is beautiful.

The house comes with what you would exept from a house mod, fully navmeshed, containers for all your needs, crafting stations for all your crafty needs, furniture for all your furniture needs, benches for all your sitting needs, flames for all you burning needs? idk

If you have a very low end computer i'd recommend you to not download this mod, mkay?
no loading screen=worse performance when near it. I have an AMD radeon r9 270 soo if you have anything around that you should be completely fine. If you have a very low end computer tell me and ill start working on a loading screen version right away, might be able to tuck in a cellar while im at it too.
