Papacy Matters (outdated, breaks game)

Description
Simple mod that removes the timecap from the Excommunicate/Declare crusade options for the papal controller instead of locking it after 1650.

Excellent for use with the extended timeline mod.
In fact, should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change the timelock.

It does however require you to start a new game for it's incompatible with existing games and causes a crash.

Enjoy and remember kids, don't do heresy and stay in church.

!NOTICE!: This mod is horribly outdated and seems to break Colonial Nations (they don't form).

Could you make the Papacy stay after forming the Kingdom of Heaven, but make the Papal States always be the Papal Controller? Disabling Crusades is a massive tradeoff.

Only way that i can make sense of it then is that it does something strange in combination with another mod. I will look into the files to be sure that not something is in there, that should not be there. If anyone else encounters this same problem, or with a combination of the same mods the opposite of said situation, i would be glad to hear about it.

Yeah, they form one day after i start with he mod disabled, though i'm also using some other mods (Extended Timeline, Organic Culture Transmission, golden female advisor portraits). When all those mods + yours are used, no CN's. If its just those, CN's abound

That's strange, but i'm pretty sure there's nothing in this mod that should be able to cause that. Literally the only line of script that has been touched is the one limiting the crusade/excommunicate diplomacy options for the papal controller. It's probably by chance. Do CN's form some time after you would disable the mod?
