On popup appearing as you press button, you will see STEP-BY-STEP Instructions on how-to. Ofcourse this is only by assuming you have knowledge about templates and how-to save as DDS5 format.

For those who Go GPS not working, it hasn't been working for since 1.40 and it appears the mod maker has no intention of updating the mod as none of his Others have been updated in quite a long while as well.

@ygz as I wrote directly under your comment. The GPS has been broken since ETS2 1.35+ - 1.40+ and isn't likely to be fixed.
