Text To Speech Mod 1.0 [not maintained]

Description
Standalone release for chat. Includes sounds for any addons. not maintained; most likely broken.

Future Content
In the future im going to add a new block to replace the PB script, two new voices (hawking, GLADOS) with pitch. ill start work on them now that ive got rule-based processing on track. It has been upgraded so that I can add like 40 words a day and it no longer breaks old words due to my new debugger.

There are many broken words because its hard to cover the entire english language from scratch but just tell me when you find a broken word and I will add it easily. Dictionary processing has been tried but it crashes the game due to collection size.

I hope this will be unbroken, I know it's a tough nut to crack. And yes, preferably with a "vanilla" TTS voice (not speaking bad about Marek here)

Probably not :/ But I think with Windows' built-in TTS it might be possible to make one even better, if I knew any programming lol.

@HattedDinosaur - published a hotfix where SHI-M, UHH-M, ERR-M have each had their volume reduced by one decibel. I wont be tweaking these three further.
