They Came From the Museum, 2015

A pro-separatist propaganda video featured the restoration of an Su-25 and old training plane captured from the Luhansk Aviation Museum, the latter taxiing around while the former just sat there. The overwhelming theory is that this has been a way for Russia to introduce airpower while maintaining the tiny "Seconds turn their back to the duelists, and then swear under oath they saw nothing" level of plausible deniability.
Naturally, this was not the first time something like this has happened. In the Korean War, the small North Korean Air Force suddenly sported a gigantic fleet of MiG-15s, many crewed by distinctly non-Korean pilots. Similarly, in the Bay of Pigs invasion, the Cuban exiles mysteriously managed to scrounge up an air force by themselves.
This scenario will elaborate on that, and introduce a whole "new" (if museum-piece aircraft can be called new) fleet of aircraft on behalf of the rebels. Limited by politics, the goal is to see how well the aircraft can perform.
