Noob Starter Kit v1.11

Description
Noob Starter Kit which involves Metal Axe, Metal Pick, 10 Spears, Crossbow, 50 tranq arrows and Flak Armour on every spawn.

"Dino Detector" has also been added (from my other mod)

This mod was make for a specific server so will be tweaked according to the requirements.

IMPORTANT

Must be first in the list to work with players inventory

Added a noob box for those that can't have it as first in the list

This appears to be bugged, when you die there is no death beacon and when you put on the armor the pants cannot be seen

People using the Upgrade station can cheat with this mod I just found out. Unless there are setting configs I gotta stay away from this mod! Sorry great idea though

Turns the specimen icon white in the inventory and for some reason when you equip the pants they disappear. I'll figure out whats up with that but other than that it does the job. Will you allow admins to change what players spawn with in the future? Thank you for your hardwork.
