HW1RM M13 Fix: Proximity Sensors

Think Mission 13, the Karos Graveyard, is frustrating because there's nothing to do but send in wave after wave of fighters?
These are my fixes for that problem. This fix removes the Taiidan Proximity Sensors from the mission, replacing them with probes. This will let you actually make some use of your cloaked fighters to do the kind of thing cloaking fighters would be expected to do, making hit-and-run strikes on long-range, heavy-hitting targets.
Using this alone is probably still the most challenging way to do the mission, because the autoguns will still mercilessly wreck your cloak fighters if they get caught in range when their cloak drops. This actually makes a skillful victory possible, however.
