wait out mods AdvancedBuilding.
until the author deleted it. soon lay out again.
This mod allows you to build a house all zone as you wish.

It does not completely replace the building. Just before if you were in green houses 10 of the 100, 2 levels. Now 5 of them will be replaced by this residence.
